After completing its first MBO with the support of Isatis Capital in January 2021, the Ailancy group, led by Marie-Thérèse Aycard-Cabanel and Christophe Davies, is making its first acquisition by taking over Headlink, a subsidiary of the Beijaflore group. Founded in 2001 and led by Romuald Hajeri, Headlink assists around fifty general and operational departments of financial institutions with their strategic planning and the execution of their transformation programs. With over 200 employees, the new entity exceeds €35 million in revenue and offers the banking and insurance sector a broad spectrum of organizational and transformation consulting, covering, among other areas, customer experience, digital, information systems, regulatory compliance, and data. The firm has offices in Paris, Casablanca, and Luxembourg and intends to continue its external growth strategy.
