Nexia S&A carried out the due diligence for the acquisition of Via Silva on behalf of Osmaïa, a northern green space maintenance group supported by MBO+ and Eurazeo, as part of a new build-up.

Based in Fréjus, this company from the Var region specializing in tree trimming and brush cutting has a turnover of €20 million and employs nearly 100 people. With two agencies in Flassans-sur-Issole and Le Muy, Via Silva draws 80% of its business from tree trimming and brush cutting, a segment with higher added value than the sectoral average, characterized by significant barriers to entry.

The company works in particular on the maintenance of infrastructures, including railways, on behalf of major accounts linked by multi-year contracts. Its three founders, Philippe Abbas, Lionel Collin and Millou de Gharbi, remain involved in operations at the end of the transaction.

This acquisition allows Osmaïa to densify its network in the South-East and to accelerate in the pruning-brush cutting niche, bringing its consolidated revenues to €305 million in 2025.

The group, which now employs 2,600 people in around 70 locations in France, Switzerland and the Netherlands, is also pursuing its international development ambitions.
