Founded in 2008 and based in Rueil-Malmaison, Île-de-France, Zen & Bien supports around fifty key accounts in improving quality of life at work through reception, concierge, hospitality, and occupant services. The company also stands out for its commitment to professional inclusion through its subsidiary Handi Zen, dedicated to employing people with disabilities. Its clients include groups such as Tiffany & Co., Eiffage, Boursorama, Vinci, and Schneider Electric.

This transaction allows the management team to strengthen its equity stake while leveraging the support of Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires. It aims to accelerate Zen & Bien's development, particularly in the hotel services segment for commercial buildings.
