In application of the law of September 5, 2018 on the freedom to choose one's professional future and its decree of January 8, 2019, which aim to eliminate wage inequalities between women and men, Nexia S&A unveils the Egapro indexes (professional equality) for its Paris offices.
Point On: The reduced rate of VAT on work in housing.
Until now, to benefit from reduced and/or intermediate VAT rates on home renovation work, the customer had to fill out a certificate. The 2025 Finance Act replaces this form with a certification to be attached to the estimate or the invoice. It also specifies the nature of the services to be provided eligible for reduced and intermediate VAT rates.

Update on: ANC Regulation No. 2024-02 relating to energy saving certificates
Regulation ANC No. 2024-02, whose application has been effective for accounts closed since 31 December 2024, provides details on the accounting treatment of energy saving obligations and energy savings certificates (CEEs) among obligated persons, as well as on the accounting of financial incentives among eligible persons and final consumers. This regulation clarifies many aspects that have hitherto been subject to interpretation, and in particular introduces the concept of economic models for the management of EECs.

Nexia S&A supported the Telma group by carrying out financial due diligence during the acquisition of the Stratiforme-Compreforme group. With a turnover of €22 million and nearly 200 employees, the Stratiforme-Compreforme group operates mainly in the industrial products and services sector, with a positioning as a tier 1 subcontractor for the rail and defense markets.

This Lu for you no. 51, entitled “Tetranormalization. Challenges and dynamics” is the summary of the book by Henri Savall and Véronique Zarder, published in 2005. Professors of management sciences at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University and major figures in the socio-economy of organizations, they offer an original framework for understanding the proliferation and competition of standards that companies face today, in a context of increased globalization and reinforced social responsibility.

With a turnover of around 100 million euros in 2025 and nearly 5,000 employees, Europ'Net operates mainly in the business services sector, with a positioning focused on cleaning and multi-service services with high added value.
La Mystique de la croissance, Comment s'en libérer, 52ème "Lu pour vous" publié par LeDoTank en partenariat avec Nexia S&A
Ce Lu pour vous n°52, intitulé « La Mystique de la croissance. Comment s’en libérer », est la synthèse du livre de Dominique Méda, philosophe et sociologue, publié en 2014. Professeure au CNRS et directrice de l’Institut de recherche interdisciplinaire en sciences sociales (Irisso), elle propose une analyse critique de la place centrale qu’occupe la croissance économique dans nos sociétés et des effets de cette croyance sur nos modes de vie, notre rapport à la nature et à la démocratie.

La maison opère principalement dans le secteur du marché de l’art et des ventes aux enchères, couvrant l’ensemble des segments de l’Art et du Luxe.

Ce Lu pour vous n°51, intitulé « Conflits et résistances au travail », propose une synthèse de l’ouvrage du sociologue Ivan Sainsaulieu, spécialiste des relations professionnelles. Publié aux Presses de Sciences Po, le livre interroge la manière dont les tensions au travail se sont transformées dans un contexte de précarisation, d’affaiblissement syndical et de mutation du salariat. Loin d’une pacification annoncée, l’auteur montre que le conflit demeure un élément structurant du monde professionnel contemporain.
