Nexia’s notoriety knows no boundaries
Actualité : international
The ability to capitalise on success is a key differentiator in a competitive environment and the fact that international groups are increasingly trusting and turning to Nexia International for their global auditing needs is proof that our notoriety is escalating.
Recent testament to this is the four French listed companies with subsidiaries on several continents who have entrusted their auditing process to Nexia member firms with local requirements.
All from very different business sectors, and all are listed in Paris, they include:
Cognac and liquor Group Remy Cointreau, with an annual turnover of €1 billion, they have been a client of Aca for many years. The group appointed Nexia as statutory auditor for its subsidiary in Hong Kong and in Singapore in 2015, working with Fan Chan & Co and Nexia TS.
Movie production group EuropaCorp, have an annual turnover of €225million. They appointed Aca Nexia as statutory auditor last September and chose the Los Angeles Nexia office (Nexia member CohnReznick) to audit their US activities.
IT services group Sopra-Steria employs 36,000 people globally and has an annual turnover of €3 billion. They have been a client of Aca Nexia for several years and recently selected Ebner Stolz in Germany to conduct the statutory audits of its German subsidiaries and SEFID Revision in Switzerland. During the fourth quarter of 2014, Ebner Stolz successfully advised on the merger between Sopra and Steria.
Microwave Vision designs, manufactures and sells technologically advanced measurement solutions for electromagnetic fields. Comprising 300 people, the company, listed in Paris (second market), chose US member firm CohnReznick to audit its subsidiary in Philadelphia.
