Middlenext publishes a revised version of its Corporate Governance Code. Aca Nexia as a partner of Middlenext, participated in this new édition. Their first code edited nearly seven years ago, was adopted well beyond its original target, by companies of all sizes, listed or not . Therefore, he became the Corporate Governance Code Middlenext. Le Code was revised in a logic of co-construction. It involved more than two hundred people on the occasion of thirty meetings attended by business leaders, who have chosen to refer to this code, experts and representatives of stakeholders: investors, analysts, financial, rating agencies, directors, auditors, lawyers and consultants.
