Founded in 1994, the company specialises in the production and B2B distribution of safety equipment for swimming pools. It employs 33 people and has achieve a turnover of almost €12 million by 2021.

With €2 million in revenues, the IMAAT is the leading network in France for training in audio-visual, new media, sound and broadcast techniques.

Info deal : Eco BTP Environnement

Aca Nexia has conducted the financial due diligence of Eco BTP Environnement on behalf of Atlantic Entrepreneur Fund, in the context of a major investment from the latter. Eco BTP Environnement, which specialises in collecting and transporting materials from construction sites to sorting and recycling centres, employs 20 peoples and has a turnover of nearly €10m. Based in Ile-de-France since 2011, the firm headed by Christophe Fernandez has, for the first time since its establishment, ceased the majority of its capital to Atlantic Entrepreneur Fund.

Info deal : Legos

Aca Nexia has carried out the financial due diligence of Legos on behalf of Siparex in the context of a minor LBO. Established in 2002 by Pascal Prot, Legos has had several lives. Historically a fixed-line telecom operator, Legos became a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) on the SFR network in 2011 and then a full MVNO on the Orange network in 2015. This evolution and the required infrastructure now allow it to provide white label convergent mobile and fixed telephony services to "light" MVNOs, local ISPs or BtoC communication platforms by means of an app.
