Aca Nexia broadens its offering with the establishment of a Restructuring department. The activity falls under the responsibility of Cédric Joubert, Director Partner. With over 15 years’ experience in financial consulting, a dual expertise in Litigation / Restructuring and formerly Director of Restructuring at Deloitte, Cédric Joubert assists companies in improving the reliability of their financial forecasts and in their external growth operations targeting companies in difficulty, through his demonstrated financial expertise and his understanding of the issues and ecosystem of distressed company.

Cédric will be seconded by Elena Rozenko, Restructuring Manager with a specialisation in distressed M&A, obtained through experience in a court-appointed administrator’s office, an M&A boutique, and in financial consulting.
This new offering will allow Aca Nexia to provide its clients and their financial services with assistance throughout their development, particularly when they are facing periods of crisis or underperformance.
Our Restructuring department will support businesses in addressing their financial challenges by improving the reliability of their cash flow forecasts, which stands as a backbone for the development of robust and consistent turnaround plans that are likely to secure the support of all stakeholders (creditors, public authorities, employees, etc.). Cédric Joubert’s team will also assist companies seeking to build or develop their external growth ambitions through the acquisition of distressed targets.
