Aca Nexia assisted AD Education in the acquisition of the IMAAT (Institute for Advanced Media, Arts and Technology), by conducting its buy-side due diligence. Founded in 2015 by training and audio-visual professionals, the institute offers its 300+ students an educational programme in line with the developments and changes currently occurring in the sector, with in 5 campuses spread across France. With €2 million in revenues, the IMAAT is the leading network in France for training in audio-visual, new media, sound and broadcast techniques.

Info deal : Eco BTP Environnement

Aca Nexia has conducted the financial due diligence of Eco BTP Environnement on behalf of Atlantic Entrepreneur Fund, in the context of a major investment from the latter. Eco BTP Environnement, which specialises in collecting and transporting materials from construction sites to sorting and recycling centres, employs 20 peoples and has a turnover of nearly €10m. Based in Ile-de-France since 2011, the firm headed by Christophe Fernandez has, for the first time since its establishment, ceased the majority of its capital to Atlantic Entrepreneur Fund.

Aca Nexia has carried out the financial due diligence of Legos on behalf of Siparex in the context of a minor LBO. Established in 2002 by Pascal Prot, Legos has had several lives. Historically a fixed-line telecom operator, Legos became a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) on the SFR network in 2011 and then a full MVNO on the Orange network in 2015. This evolution and the required infrastructure now allow it to provide white label convergent mobile and fixed telephony services to "light" MVNOs, local ISPs or BtoC communication platforms by means of an app.

Aca Nexia assisted Bertrand Serisé and his investors Bpifrance, Mermoz Participations and Atlantic Entrepreneurs Fund in its takeover of Sadevinox by carrying out the financial due diligence. Sadevinox is specialized in the distribution and logistics of stainless steel wire. This SME, located in Annecy, France, was created in 1938 and had not left the family circle since its creation. Its turnover is 24 M€, 60% of which comes from export.
