Aca Nexia assisted Bertrand Serisé and his investors Bpifrance, Mermoz Participations and Atlantic Entrepreneurs Fund in its takeover of Sadevinox by carrying out the financial due diligence. Sadevinox is specialized in the distribution and logistics of stainless steel wire. This SME, located in Annecy, France, was created in 1938 and had not left the family circle since its creation. Its turnover is 24 M€, 60% of which comes from export.
Sadevinox is located in Annecy, and has been engaged in the production and distribution of stainless steel wire for 60 years. Sadevinox is recognized as the European leader in the distribution of stainless steel drawn wire with an annual volume of more than 6000 tons.
In addition to being the reference in stainless steel wire distribution on the French market, Sadevinox exports nearly 50% of its products to all industrialized regions of Europe and the world, thus meeting the needs of more than 1,000 customers. Sadevinox is certified ISO 9001 by the prestigious TÜV Rheinland system.
Sadevinox sources from a carefully selected panel of world-class suppliers, all of whom are also ISO 9001 certified and many of whom have additional certifications such as VdTÜV and DB. All stainless steel wire products are adapted to the different market segments: forming, weaving, cold heading, spring, bar turning, welding.
