Aca Nexia Transaction Services have completed the Vendor Due Diligence for AD Education.
A family group, AD Education, was founded in 1990. It has more than 5000 students, spread over 7 institutions and 9 campuses, with a turnover of 35.5 million euros last year. A specialist in preparing for creative jobs (design, clothing, etc.), the group intends to conquer new students, especially in Europe and Asia, thus opening its capital to Cathay Capital and Bpifrance. AD Education hopes to double in size within 5 years.
