Nexia Aca teams have completed the Due Diligence of Pommier Group, as it reorganized its capital.
The Pommier Group, specializing in the manufacture of equipment for industrial vehicles, reconstructs its capital. Omnes Capital, which owned 20% of the capital let go as it is taken by management, coupled with NCI Gestion, Bpifrance and BNP Paribas Développement. With 3 factories in France and one in Italy, the group has about 300 employees, a turnover of 70 million euros last year (of which 50% for export). The group is now structured in three business lines: accessories, design and production and security and protection of docks, and plans to reach 80 million within 3 years. A beautiful perspective, for this group that has bounced after the 2008 crisis.
