The teams of Aca Nexia realized the Financial Due Diligence of Executive D & FI, transport organizer, on the occasion of the entry of Axio Capital to its capital.
Specialized in transport, D & FI (also known as Executive Process et Etudes), owned since 2014 by Francesco Biddau, turns to Axio Capital, which takes 40% of the capital and sees the CEO and the General Secretary as minority shareholders. In 2015, Executive D & FI achieved a turnover of € 16 million. This operation is also part of the acquisition of Diapason, a SME of the Val d’Oise specializing in the logistics of communications operations.
