The teams of Aca Nexia realized the Financial Due Diligence of Deleplanque, producer and distributor of sugar beet seeds, on the occasion of the entry of Unigrains to its capital.
A family business founded in the 19th century, Deleplanque specializes in the production and distribution of sugar beet seeds. With some 5,000 hectares grown in France, it has a turnover of € 50 million and counts 50 employees. The company welcomes Unigrains on the occasion of the exit of one of its minority shareholders. The group, which intends to develop its service offer, nevertheless remains discreet about its ambitions.
