Aca Nexia teams have completed the financial Due Diligence of Dieuzy, on the occasion of an MBO. "Dieuzy is primarily a family group.
So far held by the three founder’s sons, the retirement of two of them accelerated the reorganization of its capital, around Dominique Dieuzy, supported by UI Gestion, NCI and NEC Capital, which bring in € 3m.
Established in 1960, the Norman groupe specializes in industrial laundry and textile rental. It employs 120 people in 3 sites, and achieves a turnover of nearly € 14,5m. The group intends to expand its presence in the Great West.
