The teams of Aca Nexia realized the Due Diligence financial of Eduservices, on the occasion of the entry of Capzanine to its capital.
Eduservices, a vocational training group, is making some changes at the beginning of this year. In addition to his move to Levallois, the group welcomes Capzanine, which now owns 46.4% of its capital. The rest is in the hands of Philippe Grassaud and some managers.
Eduservices is present in France through a network of 46 establishments, generating € 99 million in sales, with a fairly wide range of training. The group intends to develop its presence both in France and abroad, especially in Africa, where it is already present (with the Pigier School in Ivory Coast).
