The teams of Aca Nexia realized the Financial Due Diligence of Olives&Co, on the occasion of the entry of Idia to its capital.
Olives & Co, an agri-food group focused on southern gastronomy with a turnover of more than € 30 million, welcomes IDIA Capital Investissement to join the Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement-Carvest team. Olives & Co intervenes thus today in three market segments: fresh olives (Croc’frais and Thousand and one South brands), which represent more than half of the group’s sales, spreads (Maison Raymond brand) and fish soups (Marie-Amélie and Le Marmiton brands). After two recent build-up operations aimed at strengthening the group in its markets, the shareholder leaders wanted to bring a new financial investor into the capital in order to support the group in its organic growth and to be able to seize new opportunities for external growth.
