Éric CHAPUS
Eric CHAPUS, partner at Nexia S&A, is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor who mainly conducts audit assignments for SMEs and listed groups, as well as associations and foundations.
He also regularly carries out statutory audits of contributions and mergers, with a valuation component, and also undertakes due diligence assignments (for industrial companies or investment funds).
His experience has led Eric Chapus to develop his expertise in the property development, car dealership, communication/media and association/foundation sectors. In the not-for-profit sector, he is a member of the CNCC’s ‘Appeal to the generosity of the public’ commission.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand in 1996, he has 27 years’ experience with Nexia S&A, where he has been a partner since 2005.
