Mattéo ALLEGRE
Managing Director at Nexia S&A, Mattéo ALLEGRE is part of Nexia S&A Finance, Nexia S&A’s M&A service line within the FINANCIAL ADVISORY division.
In this capacity, he advises SMEs on all their divestment, financing, external growth and valuation transactions. His strong interpersonal skills and tenacity enable him to ensure that deals are a success at every stage.
Mattéo has completed a large number of deals in a variety of sectors, including industry, construction and public works, trading and IT, with transaction sizes ranging from €1 million to €50 million in enterprise value.
A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, Mattéo began his career in asset management before creating a start-up in the field of matchmaking He joined Nexia S&A in 2019.
