Edouard FRIZON
Edouard FRIZON is a barrister and advises groups and their directors on the tax aspects of their structuring, restructuring, development and disposal operations in France and abroad.
His broad experience enables him to take a global view of transactions and provide cross-functional solutions. Edouard also provides assistance with tax audits and VAT for French and international groups.
A 2014 graduate of the Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris, Edouard FRIZON worked for nearly 10 years in international law firms before joining Nexia S&A Avocats in 2019 to help develop the group’s tax practice.
