Nicolas GARCIA

Associate director

Nicolas GARCIA is Partner at Nexia S&A, Nicolas GARCIA is an expert in payroll, human resources and personnel administration. He heads up the Social/Payroll department at the MONTESSON offices, which has a staff of 20.

In this capacity, he assists companies of all sizes (from 1 to over 2,000 employees) with payroll outsourcing or in-house assignments. He also works with these companies to implement best HR practices by integrating related tools.

Nicolas’ experience has led him to work in a number of sectors, including retail, hotels and restaurants, and construction and public works.

After graduating from the Lycée Evariste Galois with a BTS in Accounting and Finance in 2009, Nicolas GARCIA joined Nexia S&A in 2009 as a Payroll Manager. He then gained significant experience in a design office, which enabled him to gain experience in the consulting field. He then returned to Nexia S&A as Head of the Social Affairs Department and became Managing Director in 2021.
