Hervé TERAN

Partner at Nexia S&A, Hervé TÉRAN contributes to the management of the Financial Advisory division, specifically the Transaction Services team.

He advises investment funds and companies of all sizes in their acquisition or divestment operations as part of financial due diligence missions. He has contributed to over a hundred projects, both on the buyer’s and seller’s side, and for transactions ranging from €1 million to over €100 million in value. This flexibility allows Hervé to support companies in their external growth policies by adapting to the size of the targets.

Hervé’s experiences have led him to work in various sectors such as industry, B2B and B2C services, distribution, the digital economy, and healthcare.

Regularly involved in cross-border deals with the support of the Nexia International network, Hervé works fluently in both English and French.

A graduate of Sorbonne University in 2004, Hervé TÉRAN began his career at Mazars, where he spent 7 years in audit and then in Financial Advisory Services. He joined Nexia S&A in 2014
