Sandrine GIMAT

Audit and CSR Associate at Nexia S&A, Sandrine GIMAT specializes in audit and consulting services, including accounting, financial, and CSR services, for SMEs, mid-sized entities, and publicly traded companies.

She acts as a statutory or contractual auditor, advises financial and CSR departments, and undertakes Risk Management or Transactions Services missions. Leading our CSR service line since 2015, she has developed a strong understanding of sustainability issues for companies and private equity funds, as well as associated regulations (CSRD, European Green Taxonomy, SFRD).

She has extensive experience with IFRS standards and obligations related to stock market listings in Europe, and represents the firm within MiddleNext, a professional association of French mid-cap companies. Her experiences led her to qualify in various sectors of the economy, including information technology, business services, and industrial activities.

A graduate of Kedge Bordeaux in 1994, Sandrine GIMAT joined Nexia S&A in 2009 after spending 14 years at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. She has been a partner since 2010.
