Emilie CASELLA

Managing Director at Nexia S&A, Emilie Casella is involved in developing the tax aspects of the Corporate Finance practice (M&A and corporate tax), as well as providing tax support for audits of small and medium-sized businesses and major accounts, thereby supporting the wider growth of the Tax practice.

As a tax lawyer, Emilie advises French and foreign groups on their day-to-day tax management and their investment projects in France and abroad. She advises on direct, indirect and transactional tax matters and assists clients with their operational reorganisations, as well as their dealings with the tax authorities in connection with tax audits and tax disputes.

A graduate of Cergy Paris Université and ESSEC business school, Emilie holds a DJCE (2008) and a Specialised Masters in International Business Law and Management (2009). After taking her oath in 2011, Emilie worked for 12 years at Taj (Deloitte Avocats) and Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats, before joining Nexia Avocats in April 2023.
