Partner and chartered accountant at Nexia S&A, Gwénolé LE BERRE heads up the Paris office’s ‘audit-consolidation’ team.
Specialising in consolidation under French and IFRS standards, he assists national and international business groups with outsourcing assignments, process and information system organisation, consultancy (handling complex transactions, goodwill valuation and allocation) and standards issues. As a chartered accountant, he also assists companies with accounting and tax issues relating to the closing of accounts.
His experience has led him to work in a variety of business sectors, including industry, services, the hotel industry, ESNs, transport and distribution.
A qualified chartered accountant, he spent nearly 12 years in a firm auditing SMEs and SMIs and outsourcing consolidation before becoming head of consolidation at RATP for nearly 5 years. Gwénolé LE BERRE joined Nexia S&A in 2017.
