Benjamin GOHET

Benjamin Gohet is a lawyer and tax partner with the Nexia S&A group. He heads the Group’s legal and tax practice within the Sefico Nexia Avocats law firm. Benjamin is also a member of the Tax Committee of the international Nexia network.

He joined Nexia S&A in 2019, after spending nearly 20 years with Big4.

Benjamin assists French and multinational clients with their French and international tax issues. He is also involved in the tax aspects of foreign groups’ investment projects in France (“inbound advisory”) and French groups’ international developments (“outbound advisory”). He is also involved in the structuring of M&A and restructuring projects, including the tax management of their financing (due diligence, structuring, negotiation, documentation).

Benjamin serves major French and foreign players in the automotive, telecommunications, heavy industry and retail sectors.

Benjamin is a member of the Bar. He is a graduate of Université Paris II-Panthéon Assas and HEC (MS).
