Fabrice HUGLIN works for SMEs and listed and unlisted groups, mainly in services, industry and distribution. His areas of expertise are statutory audit, transaction services and consolidation for French and international clients.
Over the last few years, he has been developing his expertise in the private higher education sector as a consultant and for due diligence and audit assignments.
Through several exchanges and stays with foreign members of the Nexia network, he has acquired international experience, which he passes on to French groups with international operations for audit and acquisition due diligence.
A chartered accountant, statutory auditor and graduate of MSTCF PARIS XII, he has been a partner of Nexia S&A since 2005.
