Mattéo ALLEGRE
Associate Director at Nexia S&A, Mattéo ALLEGRE is part of Nexia S&A Finance, the M&A service line of Nexia S&A within the FINANCIAL ADVISORY division.
He advises SMEs on all aspects of their divestment, financing, external growth, and valuation operations. His strong interpersonal skills and tenacity enable him to ensure the success of operations at every stage.
Mattéo has been involved in numerous deals across various sectors such as industry, construction, trading businesses, and IT, with transaction sizes ranging from €1 million to fifty million euros in company value.
A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, Mattéo began his career with an experience in wealth management and later founded a startup in the networking field. He joined Nexia S&A in 2019.
