Audit and CSR Partner at Nexia S&A,Sandrine GIMAT specialises in accounting, financial and CSR audit and advisory services for SMEs, mid-sized entities and listed companies.

She works as a statutory or contractual auditor, as an advisor to finance and CSR departments, and on risk management and transaction services assignments. Head of our CSR service line since 2015, she has developed a good understanding of the sustainability challenges facing companies and private equity funds, as well as the associated regulations (CSRD, European green taxonomy, SFRD).

She has acquired extensive experience of IFRS and the obligations associated with stock market listing in Europe, and represents the firm on MiddleNext, a trade association for French mid caps. Her experience has given her references in many sectors of the economy, including information technology, business services and manufacturing.

Sandrine Gimat graduated from Kedge Bordeaux in 1994 and joined Nexia S&A in 2009 after 14 years with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. She has been a partner since 2010.
